the staff was nice and the room was clean ENOUGH.
The noise levels were INSANE, especially on saturday night. The shouting continued until 3:00am. the thin walls did NOTHING to block the sound, and the uncomfortable bed made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. i EXPECTED more for what i paid.

The staff were lovely and managed to find a room for me early, a very pleasant surprise! the location is amazing. Getting to and from the hotel for my cruise and rail trip was very easy. it was also easy to walk to food places and other attractions. i felt safe dropping off my luggage before check-in. They secured the room well.
The gym was somewhat limited. It felt more like a room with only the bare minimum equipment available, without windows.

The hotel offers a gym with basic equipment, organized nicely . there are no windows. the wellness area includes a steam room, which unfortunately was not working , so that was a bit of a letdown.

the room was tidy, clean, and contained all the amenities i needed for a comfortable visit. the size was spacious for a city center hotel. lighting felt minimal and adequate for a comfortable stay.

the location is convenient, being very close to the center, which makes it easy to access many places. i was only 3-4 minutes from the central train station. i could easily walk to all the tourist places.

the room featured a monumentale suite , and it was charming. the location was near the train station and made getting around very easy. a nearby bike shop allowed for quick rentals , a great way to see the city.
the elevators were a little slow sometimes , causing slight delays.
